Who We Are
With over 44 years of widely varied experience as a practicing architect, Neal Johnson’s background includes serving as an Architect, Principal in Charge and Project Manager for more than 1,200 facility projects, encompassing new construction as well as extensive renovation/rehabilitation work.
Mr. Johnson’ s areas of expertise includes program management, facility condition assessment, architectural programming, technical specifications, document quality control, code compliance, building envelope, and project closeout. His continued training and experience in Program Management, Project Neutral, Integrated Project Delivery, Design Build and Construction Management at Risk provides a distinguished knowledge base for his clients.
During his tenure at the URS Baton Rouge office he was a Team Leader, Principal Architect, Certified URS Project Manager, Program Manager and a FEMA Task Order Manager. Most recently he was responsible for the growth and development of the $32 million dollar Facilities Business Line for the Mountain South Central Group comprised of Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. His experience empowered him to work efficiently under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of tasks, and managing the entire sales cycle from identification of a prospect to receipt of sales through client management.
